Villa rental price per week ( based on 2/4 people sharing downstairs only.) Complete Villa Rental price per week ( based on up to 10 people sharing both levels.) Bookings are normally Saturday to Saturday but individual requests will be accommodated if availability allows.
As we like to encourage family holidays in our villa we do not charge extra for Half term School breaks.

Special conditions and frequently asked questions.
- Anyone booking four or more weeks in one booking will be entitled to a 10% discount.
- A 20% deposit is required if you choose to rent the downstairs apartment only at the time of booking, with the balance due twelve weeks prior to the start of the holiday.
- OR a 10% deposit if you choose to rent the whole villa at time of booking, with the balance due twelve weeks prior to the start of the holiday. Early Bird Discounts see offers page.
- Bookings are normally Saturday to Saturday but individual requests will be accommodated if availability allows.
- Access is normally from 3.00pm, vacate from 10.00am to 11.30am (We will try to accommodate other time scales where possible)
- An additional deposit will be required for any accidents or damaged caused. This will be refunded to you once an inspection of the villa has taken place,following your return.
- We trust you will have a pleasurable stay in our luxury accommodation (Please take care of it ).
- Loyalty Bonus Discount - Anyone revisiting the villa in 2007 can take 5% discount off the prices.
- Please note that beach towels are not provided.
- In our opinion a car is essential.

- Additional services can be ordered at an extra cost, these are provided by a locally based English partnership.

1 - Additional linen changes can be arranged during your stay directly with Jean at a cost of €5 euros per bed. Please contact Jean if you require any additional cleaning or linen changes during your stay. This will be an optional extra cost you.
2 - Welcome pack to help start your holiday with the basic provisions, including (tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, bread, butter, jam, eggs). In order to book a welcome pack please contact Jean on (0034) – 965 221 202, or email. This is an extra €15 Euro's. Please quote our address or reference to Andrew and Helen's villa.
3 - Local taxi transfers can be arranged through Peter on (0034) 965 221 202. For further information. Jean can also be contacted by mobile on (0034) 658 237 533.
