Bookings are normally Saturday to Saturday but individual requests will be accommodated if availability allows.
As we like to encourage family holidays in our villa we do not charge extra for Half term School breaks.

Sometimes it's possible to accommodate dates that run from Mid week to Mid week, or even just a few days. The cost for additional days depend upon the season, see table for details.

Full villa bookings can accomodate parties of upto 10 people. Downstairs only can accomodate parties of up to 4 people.

Please note we apply a cleaning charge payment due on collection of keys. €60 (euro's) for parties of up to 4 people renting downstairs only and €100 (euro's) for parties renting the complete villa. 1 - Additional linen changes can be arranged during your stay directly with Margaret or Nigel at a cost of €5 euros per bed. Please contact them if you require any additional cleaning or linen changes during your stay. This will be an optional extra cost you.
2 - Welcome pack to help start your holiday with the basic provisions, including (tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, bread, butter, jam, eggs). In order to book a welcome pack please contact Margaret on (0034) – 965 221 208, or email. This is an extra €15 Euro's. Please quote our address or reference to Andrew and Helen's villa.
Any repeat bookings from clients wishing to re-visit this villa in the future can take 5% off 2011 marked up prices. Our loyalty discount to you. Thank you
