Our Villa is basically designed as two self contained apartments. One apartment upstairs and the other downstairs, both finished and furnished to a high quality. The upper apartment is mainly for our own private use, but the whole villa can be made available for a large family group, normally more than 4 people and up to 10.
Lower Level Apartment for 2/4 people.
What do I get for my money?
The lower apartment is for rental. Consisting of an open plan kitchen/lounge/diner. A bathroom and toilet with a shower and two double bedrooms fitted with single beds. All fixtures and fittings are to high quality as is the quality of the furnishings throughout the villa.
In the lounge there is a settee that pulls out into a single bed, but this is really only suitable to sleep one or two small children. This apartment is suitable for a family of 2/4.
Kitchen.
Includes hob, fridge/freezer, basic cooking utensils, iron, ironing board, cutlery and crockery.
The central lounge area has an English speaking satellite TV system complete with Play station 2 (games provided). This system will only receive a small amount of ‘free to air’ English language channels. A games room is also available with a pool table.
Please note cleaning products and materials not generally provided. We recommend that you take your own basic supply or you can purchase them at the local Carrefour.

- BBQ island.
- Pool Table.
- Table Tennis.
- Games Room.
- Outside Terrace.
- Washing machine.
- Sun Loungers for pool area.
- Swimming Pool (10m x 5m).
- Ceiling fans in each rooom

Rent the whole Villa. What do I get for my money?
Upstairs Apartment and Downstairs Apartment.The whole villa can accommodate up to 10 people over the two floors.
Includes all the above plus the following in the upstairs apartment:
- Lounge and seating area.
- TV system, digital inc Sky sports.
- One Double Bedroom with en suite.
- 2 Further Bedrooms with twin single beds.
- Outside Terrace and balcony with seating.
- Playstation 2 with games.
The whole villa, sleeping up to 10 people can be rented, subject to availability and terms. Please not the upstairs apartment is used by the owners from time to time and therefore the only wardrobes available would be downstairs, 2 sets of double wardrobes in each bedroom.
