
Bookings/Occupation/Vacating the property.
Bookings are normally Saturday to Saturday from 1500hrs onwards but individual requests will be accommodated if availability allows. A 10- 20% deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance due twelve weeks prior to the start of the holiday. You can also take advantage of the early bird booking discount we offer. In order that our villas are adequately prepared for new arrivals , we must ask you to vacate by 1000hrs - 11.30hrs on the day of your departure. We would suggest that you take the above in to account when booking your flights. (We will try to accommodate other time scales where possible). An additional deposit will be required for any accidents or damage caused. This will be returned to you once an inspection of the villa has taken place, following your return home. (See Duty of Care, accidental damage)When booking with us the main party sponsor will be sent a booking form to be signed. As the signatory of this booking form you (the client) are agreeing to be the main correspondent and agree on behalf of the whole party to terms and conditions set out. It is important that you agree our disclaimer with regards any personal injury, misfortune or accident. By signing the form you (the client) are agreeing to ensure that the appropriate travel and accident insurance has been taken out to cover the holiday period.
Personal Insurance, Personal Health and Safety.
If you or any member of your party is an expectant mother or suffers from any other medical condition, you must check with your doctor about the advisability of traveling abroad. Visitors to our villa should be aware that we have a swimming pool and that children of all ages should be suitably supervised for safety reason. Please also observe swimming pool rules for your own safety:- NO RUNNING, NO DIVING. As already stated it is important that you take out the necessary insurance to cover personal injury or loss. We (the owners) will not be held responsible for any misfortune, whilst vacating here. By booking with us and agreeing to these terms and conditions you are accepting to take full responsibility for personal injury or accidental damage or loss.Security and Safety.
Even while on holiday safety and security is basic common sense and it is the responsibility of the renter to ensure any reasonable security measures, are carried out. Any loss or damage to this property occurring as a result of a failure to follow reasonable security measures or through negligence is the sole responsibility of the renter. Further it is the renters sole responsibility to follow any reasonable measures that may result in injury, illness, loss or damage to yours or our belongings within this accommodation. We take the safety of our guests very seriously. We therefore advise all guests to be vigilant and ensure that care is taken of your personal property. This accommodation is fitted with grilles and shutters which should be used for your safety on a regular basis. We recommend that you keep grilles and doors to the front of the villa closed and locked whilst in the garden, and maybe even upstairs and downstairs grilles to minimise the points of access.Smoking and Upstairs accommodation.
We operate a strictly NO SMOKING policy inside the property. The upstairs of this villa is our private accommodation and is generally for our personal use.Pool, garden and general maintenance.
We use a local company to maintain the pool and gardens. If you encounter any problems during your stay here please contact Jean or Peter on 0034 965 221 202 or email and they will be happy to assist. The pool and gardens have to be maintained on a regular basis and it is simply not possible for this to be carried out on ‘change-over’ days. The pool is normally checked and cleaned once a week and this is normally carried out in the morning to avoid too much disruption. However it is not possible for us to advise you of the exact time and date of their visit. We ask that you co-operate with our maintenance personnel at all times. The pool is strictly for the use of the residents within the villa and should not be shared with anyone else at any time. The upstairs accommodation may being used by the owner’s family, who will of course require the use of the pool should they be staying at the villa.Duty of Care, accidental damage .
These villas are part of a development. There are building works being carried out on properties further round the area but all work on immediate properties has been completed. A golf course development of 18 holes that is due to start in 2005. These works are outside of our control.You will be required to leave the villa in the same condition as it was handed over to you, CLEAN and TIDY. You will be expected to clean the BBQ if used during your stay. It would be helpful if you removed and dirty sheets and left them in a pile on the floor by the washing machine. Failure to leave the villa clean and tidy and abuse of the Jacuzzi and swimming pool could result in your security deposit being affected. Any additional costs we incur following your departure will be deducted from this deposit. It is in your interests to look after this property like your own.We will refund any deposit paid following an inspection of the property. However, you will be expected to pay for any accidental breakages or accidental damage caused to the property during your visit. Please take care.
