New Spanish Villa for rental just 20 minutes North of Alicante on the Costa Blanca Spain. Ideal location for a holiday rental villa close to most activities, especially golfing and an area with superb beaches. Our Spanish Villa has been built to a high quality in it's own grounds. It is for rental all the year around at Mutxamel, location just 15 minutes in land from El Campello Beach on the Costa Blanca Spain. The villa has been split into two levels, upstairs is normally for the owners of the villa, but can be made available for rental for family groups exceeding 2/4 people.
The whole villa can be rented for larger groups/family and can comfortably accommodate 10 people. We do not rent the whole villa to same sex parties. This is our Spanish home please respect it.

Villa Details
The villa was built in 2004 and benefits from ceiling fans throught out. Any heating needed during the colder periods is through the use of LPG gas fires and can be booked via the management company upon request. click here. It is fully self sufficient and boasts extensive facilities which include:- a 4 seater jacuzzi, a fantastic BBQ island with seating for 7 people, 10m by 5m swimming pool, fully landscaped gardens, Free to air TV downstairs and Sky TV (upstairs only), a table tennis table, pool table, Play station 2, washing machine, fridges, automatic garden lighting at night and many more facilities for your comfort and pleasure. The villa is located 15 minutes drive, in land from the closest beaches, bars and restaurants in El Campello. El Campello beach front is a fantastic area to visit for a relaxing evening meal and then finished off with a bottle of wine and music down low around the BBQ island back at the villa.
The location is ideal for golf offering some of the best courses. Including the Bonalba Golf course, 5 minutes drive, 18 hole championship course, fully established and recommended. Alicante, Costa Blanca, has one of the best climate zones. In the surrounding area of Alicante you are offered almost everything to live a modern life in an idyllic lifestyle. Miles of sandy beaches in combination with crystal clear seawater and fantastic mountain scenery. On the other hand modern hospitals, a modern international city with its famous port that connects you with Africa, a city of commerce and trading.
Alicante has an International Airport just outside of the city and is connected by a sophisticated network of roads. The area has a huge number of golf courses, with plenty of cultural events making this part of Spain one of the most popular sites of Europe.
